We recognize the importance of matching market demand with a consistent supply of quality products and the aspirations of the farming community. We invite you to join us in a long term partnership of mutual trust and cooperation in Agribusiness.
Our Contribution To The Community
To get a good product requires a system that takes into account all fruit rows. Found in Good Manufacturing Practice (GHP) practice is a self-regulating system that verifies that fruit is produced, packed, handled and stored as safely as possible to minimize the risk of microbial food safety hazards.
We talk about it a lot, but very few people put it into practice, so we bring our experience of how to practice GHP on a commercial scale to the community.
Bringing knowledge about safety, quality, and self-regulation and testing to society..
Create a sense of how important it is to produce healthy and tasty fruit..
Let’s work together to maintain the health of our children and the next generation!
Pesticide residues, heavy metals, toxic and harmful substances in food and environment have been found to be the cause of several major diseases in Indonesia, such as stroke, heart disease, diabetes, cancer, kidney disease…and birth defects!
Our teams, as well as in-house laboratories, conduct product testing, train our agribusiness partners, and execute procedures that lead to and educate the public about food safety.
We will analyze and identify critical control points in the food chain, take corrective actions, train and educate the farming community.
Our standards meet the requirements of exceeding HACCP standards and ISO-22000 food standards as well as ISO 9001 procedures.
We take care to use prohibited and hazardous materials that exceed acceptable limits. The scope of testing includes heavy metals, organochlorine testing, excessive use of growth regulator substances (ZPT) (such as gibberellins). 2,4D, glyphosate and pesticides such as paraquat etc.
We sensitize the community to the importance of heavy metals in food and the importance of adhering to acceptable heavy metal limits and using testing information to improve farming practices.
Heavy metals are dense metals. Most of the substances in them are harmful to the human body and can be dangerous if consumed in high doses. Due to their density (5 times the atomic weight of water), they accumulate in our bodies over time, causing organ failure and various diseases.
Our packaging factory covers an area of about half a hectare, with a building area of over 2500 square meters.
The company’s investment in production facilities exceeded processing costs by more than Rp 500.000.000,-.

Process And Quality Control
We work with several agricultural groups in Indonesia. Our land is registered with the Department of Agricultural Services and Horticulture. Our future plans also include cultivation and cultivation management. We also source fruit from out farms that are grown, harvested under our supervision.
All fruit is sorted by quality in the orchard before being shipped to our factory.
Preprocessing Quality Control
After the fruit arrives at the factory, after a strict cleaning, washing, drying process, it will be further sorted and quality checked, and then it will be packed.
Once the first quality control checks have been carried out, the fruit is automatically passed through a conveyor belt for high-speed blast cleaning before they are subjected to a rigorous mechanical washing process.
Post-Cleaning Quality Control / Automatic Weight Controlled Packaging
After the fruits are washed it undergoes another quality check, before it proceeds to the high speed blow dryer.
Thereafter, the fruits are checked again for quality and sorted for size automatically, after which they are filled into cartons. The weight of cartons packed is controlled automatically. The fruits pass a further automatic weight control check before the cartons are sealed.
